Billing

1. All orders on http://www.dvdkaraokejukebox.com have to be charged to a credit card. We do not accept cash, cheques, however we accept money orders.

Delivery

2. Delivery charges are $5 for 1 or 2 DVDs. The delivery is free for all orders of over 3 volumes of the DVD Karaoke Jukebox Collections in Canada and USA. A $10 shipping and handling fee will be added to the orders coming from other territories.

3. Delivery period - Your order will generally be shipped within 5 business days.

Technical

4. Our DVD products have no need for a special karaoke machine, since they can be used with a DVD Player, a PlayStation 2 or an X Box, as well as all computers PC/MAC with DVD Player.

5. What is the difference between CGD and DVD? - CDG has no video running in the background when the song is playing. This means you will only see the words on the screen and nothing else. The DVD has a video running in the background, in addition to lyrics, while the music is playing, and several other menu options (voice tone selection, dance instructions, interactive quiz).
